The other day I made a comment to Zissou that the glam rock look was the fad a BU now. Well B2 and I have a whole list of fads at BU over the past few years, from the NOLS North Face look where the students looked like they could climb K2 at anytime, to the AF days just recently. I just wonder how this starts and why. Why does anyone want to look like a washed up heroin rockstar? Well it really does not matter anyway, another day another fad another dollar charged to daddy's card. Soph tried to start her own fad this week with the pants pulled up really high and the front tuck. Very flattering. Rained today and made a mess in the park. We have to go build a bridge tommorow on Highlander to combat a nasty case of parking lot run off. I also got to wash some sewer swamp junk off of some snow fencing we had at the shop today and that was nasty. during this process I was looking at MC's abandoned camper shell wondering if it could float. I passed this idea by Mike and Zissou and tey thought I was stooopid. Well Mike thinks he should give it to his dad as a white trash dog house. Yeah, it has windows. Oh well. DSmith made one beautiful sling shot today out of a fork. He has not been able to ride so he is bored and making things. Says he and his cat go have a glass of wine and shoot at things. Oh the life of a pro bike racer who does not race. BJ was in the house and looks like he will be selling them soon although I do not think the sunglasses he ordered today will work in the realtor field. We will see. I
