9:23 a.m. The sign is off... the door is locked. the stickers on the door say 'open at 10 a.m.' ... Joe Blow drives up , steps out of his car and ties the door. Just checking. Maybe there is a time zone difference between inside and outside our front door. People have no common sense.

Part of delivering excellent customer service is being helpful and polite to people who seem undeserving. Remember, you can catch more flies with honey than vinegar.
